Gare du Nord is a building with 177 new homes for students and young people with social support.

• The 177 homes are between 18 and 29 m2.
• The building has a central bicycle shed.
• A communal laundry room, meeting room and a communal roof terrace on the top floor.
• The houses are gasless and connected to district heating.

Gare du Nord is located right next to the starting point of the North-South line: metro station North. From there you take the metro and you are at Amsterdam Central or Rokin in no time. The homes are part of a larger project, which also includes free sector homes and a hotel.
