Lieven De Key is building the newest phase of Lieven, Lieven 8, on Overschiestraat. This complex has 257 units. Of these, 228 are rented out to students via Studentenwoningweb. 24 homes are for candidates with social support and 5 homes on the ground floor are for starters.

Communal facilities include a launderette, a courtyard garden and an indoor bicycle shed. On the ground floor there will also be a common residents' area for all residents of Lieven.

The first keys will be handed out in mid-January 2022.
