Werkzaamheden in 2024

From July 8 to November 2024, facade repairs will be carried out and the roof will be renewed. 

Fire Group is also making fire-resistant improvements to the building. Below is more information about this work.

Work in low-rise building (65-213):

• In all apartments, the ventilation ducts and pipe penetrations through the walls and ceilings are sealed in a fire-safe manner, in accordance with legal requirements;
• The panel above the home entrance door will be replaced with fire-resistant sheet material. The day after this work, a painter will finish this panel on the outside.

Work in high-rise buildings (1-63)

• In all rooms, the ventilation ducts and pipe penetrations through the walls and ceilings are sealed in a fire-safe manner, in accordance with legal requirements;
• The panel above the door will be ajusted from the outside and the next day it will be finished up by a painter.

Activities in the common areas and shared kitchens:

• In the hallways, hallway closets and lift halls, the ventilation ducts and pipe penetrations through the walls and ceilings are sealed in a fire-safe manner, in accordance with legal requirements.
• Penetrations in the communal kitchens are also sealed.

What does this mean for you as a resident?

• We only need access to your room/home for 1 full day. Therefore, please check the schedule below when we visit you;
• Please empty your bathroom, because most work is carried out here;
• Due to this work, you may experience noise pollution from Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM. We try to limit this inconvenience as much as possible for everyone.

The work in the apartmenrs of the low-rise are finished. Fire Group is still finishing up work in de common areas of the building. Has the work not yet been carried out in your apartment we will come back on Monday, November 11. You will be notified about this.

No time? Hand in your spare key to us!

If you can't be home for the work activities, you can hand in your spare key:

• to your caretaker Eric;
• or in the red mailbox in the entrance hall.

Shelby of Subi Ariba manages the keys and accompany the work of Fire Group. Very convenient, because then you don't have to stay home!
