If you are not yet studying, but you are going to do so from 1 september 2022, you will also be aligible for a home, but then we need an income statement from the Tax Authorities. This income statement states what your aggregate income is. To be eligible, your aggregate income may not exceed €24.075. The statement concerns:

• An income statement for the year 2020
• An income statement for the year 2021
• Or a statement from the tax authorities showing that no income can be determined.

If you also meet this step, you are eligible for a home!
