Type D homes are studios that are all located at the rear of the building (north side) and are largely similar to Type B homes. Behind the entrance to the house is the entrance to the bathroom. Depending on the house, the kitchen is on the other side or following the bathroom. After the entrance you go through the corridor into the other room of the studio, where there is a large window. 

The kitchen is equipped with a counter top, cupboards and an extractor hood. You will have to purchase a refrigerator, hob and possibly microwave/oven. There is no possibility to connect a dishwasher.

Other types of homes all have their own technical room with its own access. In the type D houses, the technical space is shared with the house next to you. This means that you do not have free access to a part of this space and may need to ask your neighbors for access when needed. 

The net rent (excluding service costs) is €633.25. You are eligible for this property if you are at least 18 years old and at most 22 years old when the contract starts. 

the floor plan is from a model home. The property you are allocated may differ from what is shown in the floor plan. The houses differ in the following aspects: 

• Size and shape ranging from 27-29m2. Some homes have a longer hallway than others. 
• Front door, kitchen and bathroom can be mirrored in the house 
• Kitchen shape: Corner or straight 
• Location technical box 
• Shape bathroom 
• The corner houses have an extra window on the side of the building in addition to the window on the south side of the house 
• Some homes have an extra extension, a so-called bay window
