After the signing of your contract you will make your first payment to De Key. The costs include:

• The rent for the period from the date you will get your key until the end of the month.
• Administration fee €41
• A Deposit of € 200,00
• Do you receive your key after the 20th of the month? Then you will also pay the rent for the upcoming month.

If we don't receive the first payment, you will not receive your key.
