The houses are delivered without wall and floor finishing. The walls are ready to be wallpapered or painted. They are made of plaster or concrete. The houses have a hanging system on which you can hang posters, for example, without having to drill.

The floor is still bare concrete. It's up to you to put a nice floor in it. Are you going to lay laminate? Then it is mandatory to lay a subfloor of at least 10DB.
